comfortable stay but minor issues
The King Room with Balcony offered pleasant views and ample space. The staff proved to be attentive and helpful throughout our visit. It was great to have secure on-site parking just across the street.
Some amenities could use improvement.

Perfectly positioned for exploring the best of New Orleans
The hotel is just a quick trip to the French Quarter and Canal St, with soooo many restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it super easy to enjoy the local food scene, and places like Audubon Park and the Garden District are nearby for some nice walks; plus it has clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds and great amenities like a fridge and coffee in the lobby 24/7, but the food options could be better inside the hotel.

A balcony that needs love
The balcony reminded me of an oasis, but the dirt made it hard to enjoy. The room was spacious and provided everything we needed for comfort.

I loved the Alder Hotel Uptown! The room was spacious and stylish with a beautiful view from the balcony. Great aesthetics. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and quick to assist. I appreciated the secure parking so close to the hotel, a huge plus in the city. I did notice that the hotel lacks a fitness center, which I typically use while traveling. The lack of breakfast options was also disappointing, but there are plenty of excellent places nearby, so it wasn't a major issue. My stay was comfortable, relaxing, and I felt safe throughout my time there.
